Quality Assurance
We at Daya adopt stringent quality control methods. Our well trained quality auditors who are experienced machinist guide our workers to always get it right the first time. Quality inspection is carried out in all stages from initial material supervision at the store to the cutting plant. Then each sewn garment is inspected for each thread, buttons etc. to finalized garments and subsequently inspection is carried out in packing.
After packing a final inspection is carried out prior to shipment. If at least one item doesn’t meet the quality standards the whole container is scrutinized again in order to provide the finest quality to our customers. This has been made possible by the vast experience of our Quality Control Managers, some of who have over 15 years of experience in quality control and the effort contributed by our quality team of 175 personne.
